Atlantic Abatement was awarded a contract for asbestos floor tile removal in various elderly highrise public housing buildings. As we are a public entity we are required to retain an asbestos consultant to produce abatement plans that are reviewed and approved by the RI Department of Health. The consultant is also required to oversee work in progress and to provide clearance testing once apartments have been abated. Our consultant has indicated that Atlantic has completed all work to date in a timely and professional manner. The office staff has also responded to all our administrative requirements in a proficient manner. We are currently in the process of extending their contract for an additional year. We had to get Chrysotile asbestos removed from ceilings and closet walls that were sprayed with acoustic textured material (i.e. popcorn ceiling). Atlantic and their crew were very professional, on time, and did a thorough job. We can definitely recommend this company for asbestos removal.

I am a member of a small church and the contact person for all of our projects. We had a flood problem with our floor and all the tile had to be removed. The floor is old and had to be tested.
