We would like to commend, and recommend your company for the hard work in assisting us in completing the Asbestos Abatement at the JC Penny store at the Dartmouth Mall in North Dartmouth, MA. Atlantic was called when other contractors were originally hired and were not capable of completing the work. After their first contact, Atlantic immediately went to the operating retail store and worked to devise a plan to pick up where the other contractors had failed. Atlantic Abatement was able to not only work with us, but the local general contractor, engineer, and local and state officials, Atlantic was also able to mobilize quickly for off-shift work, from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am, of over 6,000 sqft of tile and very difficult mastic. Atlantic also overcame a lack of power issue and other issues to get this time-sensitive project completed. Again, we thank Atlantic for their hard work, professionalism, and ability to see the project from start to completion, on time and within budget. We would not only recommend Atlantic for this type of work but would hire them again for our abatement needs.

I want to take this opportunity to commend Atlantic Abatement for the great job they did on my home. I had some asbestos that needed to be encapsulated, and some to be removed. The two men came at precisely the time promised. They were polite upon entering my house. They did the work promised in less time than I anticipated. They not only cleaned whatever debris the job may have created, but they also cleaned adjoining parts of the basement as well! When they were about to leave, they asked me to check to see if I needed anything else done. Two men who took pride in their work, something we, as consumers, don't see often enough. I also was very impressed with the people in the office. They returned calls when they promised, explained the procedure, being courteous at all times. This company was great. I had two projects that needed to be completed. One involved work on my house and the other involved taking down a garage that wasn't really salvageable. They went to my property, reviewed what had to be done, and then sent me a quote. All this was done very quickly and through email which made it simple to review the costs and projected work. When I had a question, they were easy to reach and very helpful. I agreed with their proposals and they very promptly completed both projects. With the invoices, they sent me pictures of the completed work. The invoices matched the quotes. They also did not leave a mess. I will use them again if I need the kind of service they provide.

I recently contacted Jared at Atlantic Abatement to look at a job for my rental property. Jared called me back within 10 minutes and was at my property that day to look at the project, he gave me a quote onsite and a date to do the job. Atlantic Abatement was so helpful! We were installing flooring and the installation team stopped the job upon discovering asbestos. We had a torn up house, building materials everywhere, and a ton of uncertainty. St. Michaels School
During the summer of 2013, the parish contracted to have a shingle roof replaced. The roof has been in place since 1981. In the process, it appeared that asbestos materials might have been used under the shingles.
We called upon Atlantic Abatement to investigate this further. Atlantic sent workers to the church and did sampling all over the roof area. It was determined that only 16 inches from each lower edge had tar paper/mastic with some asbestos content.
Atlantic Abatement quickly designed an abatement plan and worked closely with the Department of Health and our contractor, to complete the abatement work quickly and efficiently.
It was a pleasure working with Atlantic Abatement during this project. We had not expected to find this problem when we began this project. Atlantic Abatement knew exactly what needed to be done and was extremely professional.
