We have used Atlantic Abatement for two large projects in the past year and both times we have been very pleased with their work. One was the removal of a 15'x35' bakery oven that was in place since 1964 and another was a large metal holding tank enrobed in asbestos insulation. Atlantic was professional, helpful, and above all very clean and neat in their work. We would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

We received a quote from Atlantic for future removal of asbestos in our new home, but meanwhile, in the sale of my current home, I was advised by another company, that I would need $5,400 of remediation. Vermiculite was discovered and I was told that It was necessary to have it removed for $5400 and that testing would not be accurate or sufficient. Atlantic Abatement advised that I get it tested by RI Analytical and it was negative for asbestos. Atlantic told me that I needed to do nothing further, which, in my own research is the case. For a cost of $100 of testing I saved $5,400 and Atlantic's only satisfaction so far is that they gave me the honest answer! I would recommend them without qualification.

I was concerned about the high humidity in my basement. I was looking for a permanent solution to dehumidification to avoid the daily efforts with a portable dehumidifier. Atlantic came in very promptly to review the situation and provided a solution with an existing condensate pump which required no additional cost to resolve the situation. Atlantic took the time to come out and resolve my problem on the spot in a straightforward and honest manner and because of the minor nature of the solution he did not charge me. I would highly recommend this company for any work of this type.

I would recommend Atlantic Abatement for solving any mold-related issue. I had business contacts recommend Atlantic for evaluating a potential mold issue in my home. They identified that white mold was present and recommended a solution. Atlantic and their installer completed the installation of a dehumidification system in a day. They did not recommend any unnecessary remediation or over-the-top equipment. Atlantic is straightforward and honest. They sought the minimum technical solution and just got it done. Great company.

We couldn't be happier with the swimming pool demolition job performed by Atlantic Abatement Company at our daughter's home. The in-ground pool had not been used in 10 years. When Atlantic and Peter came out to give us an estimate, they were very clear in the description of all the steps that would be performed. We had gotten several estimates and Atlantic's was quite fair. The job began yesterday, an extremely hot day, and the crew worked earnestly in spite of the temperature. I was particularly impressed by two things - Roy and Pete stopped whatever they were doing to answer any questions I had. Secondly, all of the men, arriving in several trucks, were extremely careful of the house, lawn, and fencing. It was a very small space for them to maneuver the trucks in but they were pros and there wasn't a ding anywhere! The job ended today and we are so happy with the outcome. From the initial contact with Jared to phone conversations with Alexa, all were professional, followed through on everything, and met our timetable - we can HIGHLY RECOMMEND Atlantic Abatement!!
