As a regional property manager getting that dreaded call at 4 am that there is a fire at one of your developments is far from the course. The 100+-year-old building thankfully was unoccupied but for a total loss and deemed unfit by the town by 6 am. Atlantic and their team were able to mobilize within an hour of my call and had everything in place to demolish this building, including DEM and environmentalist approval by noon despite abutting a local body of water.
